Booking for the first time?
See the steps below for access to the Student Health & Wellness Centre in Halifax.

Step 1: Create a Health Profile
Create a profile in the system by completing the . This allows you to book appointments online or by phone.
Step 2: Create a Medeo Account to book online (Halifax only)
³Õ¾±²õ¾±³ÙÌýÌýand request an appointment. You’ll need to create a Medeo account using the same info (name, email, date of birth) from your health profile.
Step 3: Confirm your appointment
You’ll receive a text message with your appointment status. If your appointment is booked, you’ll get a text that it is confirmed. If more information is needed, you will receive a text that it is rejected and a message in Medeo to say that more info is needed before you can book.
Important Notes:
- Urgent medical need? Call the Centre directly at 902-494-2171 to speak with a nurse.
- Need same-day counselling? If no appointments are available, please check again the next day or use Good2Talk for 24/7/365 phone and text support.
- Once your Health Profile and Medeo account are set up, you can book and cancel your appointments directly from the app!Ìý

- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full appointment time with your healthcare provider
