Working towards an accessible Â鶹´«Ã½!
The Student Accessibility Centre (Halifax) and the Student Success Centre (Truro) are Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s centres of expertise on student access, inclusion, and accommodation support. WeÌýwork collaboratively with Â鶹´«Ã½ and King's students, faculty, and staff to create and sustain an inclusive educational environment for students. The Centre administers the university-wide Student Accommodation PolicyÌýacross all programs and faculties.
How we help:
- Facilitate access to Â鶹´«Ã½ courses and programs, facilities, services, and activitiesÌý
- Identify classroom, exam and other accommodations (e.g. co-op) to support your learning
- Ensure reasonable accommodations are available and implemented
- Support funding applications designated for students with disabilities
- Connect you with on- and off-campus resources to enhance your success and wellbeing
New to Â鶹´«Ã½?
